My Story
Hey, I’m Timur, and I will get you to your fitness goals.
I am 27 years old with a Bsc. and former personal trainer. I’ve been skinny pretty much my entire life. That may not sound that bad to most of you but I’ve always wanted to have a better physique and the strength and discipline that goes with it. With an unnecessary amount of trial and error and struggle I’ve found that the overall process is simple, with the right and concise information.
I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness and bettering myself in anyway I can. What’s important to me is finding the right and true way for the results. We often see the short cuts, and the gimmicks to weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness. This is not it. Though, with the right knowledge and motivation, the process will ultimately feel easy.
